This morning, I decided to start posting a scripture for the day to hopefully encourage all of you. I'm only posting this to groups that are Christian and Gather Broadcasting in case someone wants to read it. I hope it blesses each of you who reads this.
Today's scripture:
Malachi 3:6 - I am the Lord, I change not
I find that scripture comforting because as many things in this world that constantly change and the fact that most people cannot be depended on to be stable and consistent in who they are, I like knowing that God is the same yesterday, today and forever. He doesn't say one thing in the Bible and mean something else or change His mind day in and day out to suit the moods of His people. He stands by what He says and means it.
That fact has been proven to me over and over as I have walked by faith according to His Word for many years now. God doesn't lie and He doesn't really care if I agree with Him or not because His Word is final authority. That actually makes it much easier to get through the challenges of life, I've found.
I hope this has in some way encouraged or blessed your life today.
