For those unaware, the GOP and the Democrats are playing good cop -
bad cop on the American people. The two political parties work direclty
for the international banking cartel currently working very hard to
destroy the dollar, bring about a collapse of the economy, then offering
a solution to the crisis to the American people by erasing our sovereignty
creating a regional (multi-country) currency and signing on to robust
international treaties which undermine and render the US Constitution dead.
They use terrorism and economic crisis to prompt the American people to
acquiesce to demands. By creating fear and a general sense of helplessness
the public curls up and takes it. Sometimes the truth comes out in humor,
the public laughs and continues to take it. Sometimes it comes out in public
but the corporate news media refuses to investigate the truth and the
media no longer serves the public interest.

Do not forget, security of the nation does not equal patriotism, rather
defending freedom and an individuals liberty is patriotism. The Redcoats
and many of the first colonists were loyal to King George. They were
known as Loyalists. Those that espoused liberty, taxation with
representation and the formation of a new Republic, the signers of the
Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution were not Loyalists,
they were known as Patriots..
And so it is today that we find ourselves at the same juncture, a
continuation of the revolution that began so long ago. Be you Loyal to
the Government or be you a defender of the Constitution, for they are
not synonymous. There is no left and right, there is no longer a
difference between the actions a Democrat and a Republican and
absolutely there is not such thing as a liberal or a conservative.
There are only Loyalists or Patriots. Choose.

There are still a handful of Federalists in the true sense of the word left in our Congress. Not many admittedly but some and a few others who will side with sovereignty if the pressure comes down. It is true that too many of both parties ascribe to a school of thought that reduces us to cogs in the state corporate machine but I'm unsure this is the way to go.
I'm also unsure that the varying states who have agreed to this are doing so for any similar reasons. California, Michigan, and Washington? Those are leftist strongholds and also in the throes of economic disaster because of their insane tax/regulation plans. You are letting the fox into the henhouse to think they have any concerns like the others you mentioned.
Somehow black is white and war is peace, huh. It's the Congress and the White House that are enemies of freedom.
I fully agree with your second paragraph though and I think it's been true for some time...
State sovereignty has been severely hampered by the Courts and specific members of our Government to redefine the Commerce Clause. If you are not aware of the Commerce Clause, it is one of the Clauses in our Constitution that gives the Federal Government specific and limited rights.
Dont you just love it when you ruffle their feathers... and prove them wrong.....at least we were smart enough not to play follow the leader as these libs have done.... we can see Obama for what he really is...

"Entitlements" are what the wealthiest in the country receive every time corporations are allowed to dump on their employees and in our neighborhoods. "Entitlements" are ways that the wealthiest among us find to avoid paying a fair tax. "Entitlements" are all the breaks one gets because they happen to have more money - like better health care than their counterparts who work every bit as hard as they do, if not harder.
Wealth doesn't necessarily mean money - it is those things which make you happy - family - children etc. Money does not buy happiness OR prosperity.
The wealthiest do NOT have entitlements, please. They worked for what they have. Now, remember, we are NOT talking about the evil elite and wealthy who obtained it through illegal means.
We cannot "lump" them all together. Look at Donald Trump and Robert Kiahsaki; then look at Bernie Madoff - see the difference?
When you say "dump on their employees" what do you mean? We are still free to choose for whom we work. If you are not being paid what you think you are worth, go elsewhere. And don't go into the victim mode "I can't" "this is all I can find" etc etc.
When you think about yourself, imagine what you would like to do - then do it. Depending on the money others earn honestly should not be your entitlement.
