To make a heart ♥

I had been asked how to make the ♥ symbol by many people. So, I figured I would do a little tutorial for those who wish to learn.

 

 How to make a heart ♥ symbol by Minipin Pixels

First hold down the alt button...keep holding
Than press the number 2 button
lift finger from the number 2 button
press the number 5 button.
Lift finger from the number 5 button
Press the number 9 button
Lift finger from number 9 button
Lift finger from alt button and a ♥ should appear.

 

Good luck and have fun creating the ♥ symbol.

~Note : I heard this does not work on a MAC computer. BUt I have no idea. AS I do not use, nor have I ever used a MAC computer.

Once the text is published/posted/sent, the heart will display.

...and this also works on a MAC. ?

In addition to the standard heart, there is an available bolder version: ?

(this bolder version may not appear in older browsers however)

Thank you Kevin. I just happen to learn the symbols a long time ago and remember some of the short cuts. The ? is one of along with the © symbol.

Denise you are not dumb. Not at all. It took me several tries to be able to make the copyright symbol. Thats how I learned.

FYI,

For Windows based computers, you can also hold down the Alt key, and press the 3 key on the numeric keypad. The ? will appear when you release the keys.

This is sometimes a quicker method.

I will say when pressing the numbers key. I use the numbers found on the right of my keyboard. Not at the top.
