I am no longer redundant

I am no longer redundant.  After five weeks of being off work the store across the street (from where I used to work) called and asked me to work there. Of course I said yes and now I am taking back beer bottles ect.   there.  The same job I was doing  before  but across the street. (Small town) I know most of the staff and customers so just jumped right in. It  is nice to know that I was not redundant after all.

Congrats Suey! I did the same thing. Swore I would never do what I had been doing again, but got a phone call and the pay was too good to say no to. Jobs are few and far between anymore. Good luck!
