hmm.....try typing into your browser...bowling invitation ideas.....thats what I always do when I need to print something or come up with a n idea.

Cut out bowling pins from white construction paper, add a red ring or two around the neck, and write out the invite on the large part of the pin.

Do you have photoshop. You could do alot of cute stuff in there. Put a pic of him in a bowling shirt. Or make his head shaped like a bowling ball.

I would ask if the bowling alley has flyers, and use those, folded where the logo is on top, with a printed out plain paper with instructions and times...

Or, copy the bowling alleys logo onto the top of a paper and put the info under it.

I also like the idea of a bowling pin. I would go one further and cut out black circles (balls) and glue a cotton ball to the bottom of the bowling pin, then glue the ball off center on top of the cotton ball, making a 3D card. Writing the info off to the side of the ball on the pin.

Have a cake in shape of bowling pin. If you want to get real creative, add a bowling ball to. These turn out really cute. Having alot of bowlers in my family. I have seen a few.

Go to a party store to see what decorations and things they have to go with bowling, you can get ideas that way.

I would go to a local paper store and find some paper with a bowling border. Then just make up some silly sayings that are bowling related such as "STRIKE! Our little bowler is turning 8!" or things like that. That's what we did for our son's dinosaur party. I bought some dinosaur bordered paper and printed the invitations on the paper. Then I used dino-themed phrases and printed the envelopes with dinosaur clip art.
