New Lawsuit Challenges Barack Obama's Eligibility to be President
A new lawsuit is being brought by attorney Mario Apuzzo of New Jersey on behalf of Charles F. Kerchner Jr., Lowell T. Patterson, Darrell James Lenormand and Donald H. Nelson Jr. It names as defendants Barack Hussein Obama II, the U.S., Congress, the Senate, House of Representatives and former Vice President Dick Cheney along with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
This time, the lawsuit names Congress as a defendant for it's failure to uphold the constitution, claiming that it should have made sure Obama was qualified before approving the Electoral College vote that designated him as President.

"There existed significant public doubt and grievances from plaintiffs and other concerned Americans regarding Obama's eligibility to be president and defendants had the sworn duty to protect and preserve the Constitution and specifically under the 20th Amendment, Section 3, a Constitutional obligation to confirm whether Obama, once the electors elected him, was qualified."
"Congress is the elected representative of the American people and the people speak and act through them," the lawsuit said.
The defendants "violated" the 20th Amendment by failing to assure that Obama meets the eligibility requirements," the lawsuit said.

And if Obama is not who he says he is, he should be removed from Office and shipped back to Kenya where he was born!
There is much reason to believe he used his sisters birth certificate and altered it to use his own name, why else would HIS records be under seal, lock and key?

Frankly, I could care less if a foreign-born individual is elected POTUS, it's Obama's lying about it that's troublesome (shades of Bill Clinton?).
BTW, he wasn't any more truthful concerning William Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, etc, but I guess our leader being honest isn't really that important to the (liberal) American public.

Community Organizer; members complained that Obama left before the projects were completed, then returned to take credit, charges were mostly dropped when he started his run for Office.
Being a Democrat; he is listed by numerous sources, including the party's own roster as being a member of the DSA.
Where was Obama born? we have something like four different hospitals he was supposedly born at...
Citizen of Indoneasa; no proof that he ever had his citizenship returned to the US after he left.
Alliances; many crinimal and questionable associations were proven to been valid, even though Obama stated that he did not know these people in a friendly way.
1/2 Black; he is actually 1/3, 1/3 Arab, 1/3 black, and 1/3 white, his father was half African and half Arab.
His Mother was a Conservative, his mother was raised and associated with the Marxist movement.
Has he as of yet spoken any truth?
Since the Democrat party didn't do their job before Congress certified the election, the opponents have no choice but to file suit against the Congress. This is a major screw-up by the DNC, and Democrats should be directing their anger at Howard Dean, not at Republicans.
That said, I doubt that our gutless SCOTUS will rule on the question. But, that will lead to more questions and division between those who support the President and those who don't. The controversy won't stop if SCOTUS refuses to hear the case.
