My Dog got loose today....

My dog got loose today....My mom called and told me that she had a couch being delivered to our house and to expect the delivery. Well they finally arrived and I was holding my 2 year old son and opening the gate for the delivery guys and my dog kept trying to get in front of them and jumping around and I was trying to hold him back. I turned around and he had busted out of the gate. Well the delivery men tried to help me round him up but he had already ran a couple streets down so I told them I'd find him (it was nice that they tried to help). So I went and got shoes on my son and we started to walk to find him, well my mom drove up then and we managed to find him but he wouldn't come to me. I tried to grab him and he'd run, he's a big White German Shepard. So here I am running down the alley's after this dog and my mom and son are in the car trying to trap him and he still got away from us. Well long story short. After driving around for an hour my husband drove by to help us look from work and our dog was in our alley near our house and he put him in the yard and drove back to work. It was crazy....I'm going shopping for a collar and a leash for him for when people come over cause this is too much! At least we got him back.
