How many miles and/or minutes do you work out a day?

Plus walking 3x a week for 3+ miles each time.
I also do 10 - 15 minutes of hula hoop 3x - 5x a week
it is a work out to go anywhere,

work out about 1 1/2 hours a day/ 6 to 7 days a week - I loved to work out! I would do cardio for 45 to 60 minutes and lift weights for another 30 to 45 minutes.
I have been working out with my Wii for almost an hour. I do the yoga exercises first, to warm up, and then the strength exercises, and sometimes some of the cardio things. I think that was too much because I had a leg tendon give me some pain, so I think I'll back off and do the yoga one day, the strength the next day, etc. Because I don't want to quit altogether!
