Rush Limbaugh:
"As a way to bring the country together and at the same time determine the most effective way to deal with recessions, under the Obama-Limbaugh Stimulus Plan of 2009: 54% of the $900 billion -- $486 billion -- will be spent on infrastructure and pork as defined by Mr. Obama and the Democrats; 46% -- $414 billion -- will be directed toward tax cuts, as determined by me."
Pretty twisted logic, Rush, but even if your logic were not twisted, here's the thing of it. The 46% voted for John McCain. They did not vote for you, so you do not get to speak for them. When did you become the Republican Party? If you were actually to run for President, know how many would vote for you? It's definitely less than 10%. Stop Ego Trippin'.
Besides, I don't recall the Republicans back in 2000 crafting policies that gave Dems more clout than Republicans. Gore won the popular vote, remember?
Oh what is wrong with me. I am trying to apply logic to Rush Limbaugh. Arghhhh!

"I think that our leadership, Mitch McConnell and John Boehner, are taking the right approach," Gingrey said. "I mean, it's easy if you're Sean Hannity or Rush Limbaugh or even sometimes Newt Gingrich to stand back and throw bricks. You don't have to try to do what's best for your people and your party."
"You know you're just on these talk shows and you're living well and plus you stir up a bit of controversy and gin the base and that sort of that thing. But when it comes to true leadership, not that these people couldn't be or wouldn't be good leaders, they're not in that position of John Boehner or Mitch McConnell."
I think this says all you have to know about Rush Limbaugh.
I really enjoyed President Obama taking it to him and making his feelings known. Finally a President not afraid of confronting the controversial radio talk show host.
Rush really didn't know what to do so he went off on a wild silly tantrum introducing his so called stupid Obama - Limbaugh Stimulus Plan. Just like his so-called Operation Chaos, only dedicated ditto head will give it an ounce of credibility.
He looks silly and the majority of Americans reject his plans for our country. I only hope that he continues speaking up on the issues and finally puts the nail in the coffin for those on the Right.
Never mind.
