I was always the one you hated in high school - the skinny one. Although in my late 20's and into my 30s, that caught up with me.
At my heaviest, I weighed 190. I lost 10 lbs on Slimfast. My employer started a WW At Work program and I joined that for the 2 sessions they held. After the sessions ended, I continued to go on my own. I reached WW Lifetime status 12/26/05 - 3 days before turning 40.
I have successfully maintained that loss until this year. Stress from Hubby's accident (with 2 of his brothers) out of state in February to health issues (both mine & hubby's) to SUDDEN job loss in October (Hubby's) caught up with me and I have regained 10 lbs.
I rejoined WW last Saturday and today was my weigh in. I lost 1 lb. My goal is to lose 10 lbs in order to get back to my WW lifetime goal of 150. I'm hoping to get back on track with exercise (Wii Fit & Dvds) and better food choices. Today after WW, I worked out on the Wii Fit for 30 minutes. Tomorrow will be a busy day of exercise, meal planning and grocery shopping.
Something in my head finally clicked and I have been remotivated to accomplish my goal of losing 10 lbs to reachieve my WW Lifetime status and to stay healthy!!!!! Now I will FINALLY get off my butt and do something productive and hopefully, this will lead Hubby to make better food choices and start working out too.

~Happy Late Gatherversary!~
I'm glad I only have to commit to losing ten pounds by Mar 21, 2009. Right now I'm so over being fat that I could scream:) but I'll be civil and simply look ahead. It will be so cool to step on that scale on the 21st and see sweet success.
I want to hold your cyber hand when we do it togetha' !!!
Maybe we will get carried away and do even better than that.
