I love, love, love Brocoli Rabe. Nobody in my house shares the same passion however. I usually brown some garlic in butter, add the rabe, throw a can of chicken broth over it and spice it up. Depending on what we have in the house, I'll throw on some cooked chicken or shrimp, or both. Well, last night I browned the garlic in olive oil, threw in the rabe and broth, spiced it, set it aside to simmer and when it was done I threw the cooked shrimp over it. It was delicious! I ate it all!!! That was my dinner, and I'm thinking it was pretty healthy and low calorie.
