I'm still hanging in there. This is treadmill day (I'm doing every other day) and I will make myself do it. I'm doing ok. Superbowl Sunday will be a bit of a challenge, but I'm going to try to make some of our favorite things a little less fattening.

Ahh I missed the gym for two days now....I did do some at home though. I think three times a week to the gym is good for me! hang in there and just think of that dress!
I have tried to exercise with my 7 year old and he wants to be right in the thick of things. Does not, will not work that way. My exercise video came with arm bands that you pull while you exercise and he wants to try them. Sorry, but I cherish them.
