I used to watch the show every day, and will have to try and catch it tomorrow so I can come comment!
I do not have children, but I did I most certainly would NOT have watched the inauguration with them! I cannot stand Obama, and I am not happy about his choices for office appointments, bringing "Gitmo" terrorists into the US (possibly PA), and skipping out on the Medal of Honor banquet/ball.
It saddens me that he has such a brain-washed cult of followers. The few of us who remain outside of his "camp" are just hoping that his screw-ups in office are big enough to gain him mass disapproval and removal before he has a chance at a second term, but small enough not to destroy the nation altogether.
It's on in Pittsburgh now.

Love that.
* Did Deja’s story inspire you? Does she remind you of any “incredible” children you know?- As I watched it, I was daydreaming about writing my own cookbook.
* How did you share President Obama’s inauguration with your children?- Don't have children.
I noticed people must post by 11:59 Eastern Time and if that was am, then I'm to late. Show didn't even start and I was to post sounds wrong to me.
I'm wondering if she used Gather.com-partner Taste Book for the cookbook printing.... Either way, thank goodness someone in her family had enough money to front her for 250 copies of the book. This could have been an expensive endeavor had she not sold them all, but nonetheless it represents the type of entrepreneurial thinking that makes America great. Who better to have at the inaugural ball.
Good sounding stuff; bad actual taste unless mixed with something sweet.
Yes Shannon (bzzzzzzzzzzzz) W. You must!!!
Although I'm not impressed with the reason Deja needed to raise money, I am impressed that she did it. But I'm always suspicious when kids are praised for writing books. I always wonder how much help they had and if they really did it themselves.
Shame on me, though, for my suspicions.
Did Deja’s story inspire you? Yes, I love hearing of wonderful people from kids to adults.
How did you share President Obama’s inauguration with your children? My kids are both married and voted in the election
My son watched the Inauguration in his Language Arts class that day. Thought it was a beautiful ceremony. I spoke to him about it when he got home. I cried throughout the whole thing.
Otherwise it was one of her usual shows. I watch it every day OR I record it to watch later.
