I always thought it was spelled "Yuppers."

Oh well. Perhaps it's a regional dialect thing.

Peter -- In the spirit of honest disclosure, a different "F" word is usually placed where I used "fish." I'm sure your imagination and worldly knowledge will help you figure out which word is most commonly placed. :-)

But "yeppers" I was hearing back in the early 80s.

I last did the IRC chat thing ten years ago and then really didn't do any Internet "socializing" again until this past summer when I joined Gather -- a ten-year break. I don't do any texting, either. I have to be reminded what things like "BFF" stand for most of the time.

But I'm "up" on OMG!! ROFL!! LMAO!! WTH!!! etc.
Dear, this isn't an Internet thing, but the new revolting term for pregnant is "preggers" The English language has taken a beating in recent years.

I do like "osm" for awesome. I thought it was so cute once I figured it out. of course LOL for Laugh out loud. ROTF LMBO Rolling on the floor laughing my but off. DH is dear husband. I think that's all I got.
