And remember when I wrote about fibro fog? Here...What in the world is fibro fog?
and here...This Is What I'm Talking About?
Here's another picture and story about fibro fog. My reading glasses were on top of my head, as I was getting ready to head outside. I realized that when I tried to put on my knit cap. I did something with the glasses, then got distracted by my son before I went outside, then couldn't remember where I put them. He told me to forget about them for a while, and I would remember. But that didn't work.
About 30 minutes later, I was in the bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror and there they were.

Silly me. I hung them on my front.

I understand about the fog -- Mark (my husband) has something similar and it's very hard on both of us at times, but we do our best.
For your skin (ouch that looks painful!), have you tried shea butter and putting it on at night with cotton gloves? Just a suggestion....

I don't have fibromyalgia, but yesterday, I made a delicious Mexican dinner and as I was serving, I realized I completely forgot to make the spanish rice!!!! Senior moment, I suppose!!! LOL
Sometimes the hair on my arms hurts actually, or the skin underneath. Just a breeze blowing on the hair hurts pretty good, with the right side being the worst. My sister says it might be the start of Fibro?
Take care now.
Hugs :)
