Can you believe this guy. He steals my mother's house, her money, and calls me to threaten me that he has something on me. He's a piece of work. I changed my number and gave the information including the new harassment to my lawyer. It seems he took the house using a power of attorney that is legitamate, but the lawyer says it was a self serving power of attorney not one like I have whereby it was signed by a lawyer, my mother, and two witnesses. So, if he doesn't return her house, the lawyer will take my case, and sue him for it. He assures me what he did will not stick, but we'll have to sue him and his bride.

What you should have done is let him call you again. And, once he did, use a tape recorder and prove exactly how much of a psycho he is.
I feel so bad for her that she doesn't want to hurt him. But, he's hurting her, and you and the entire family.
What's more important, him or everyone in the family's happiness?
what does he mean he has something on you? You aren't a mass murderer are you? I thought not, what else would matter? He needs counseling!
I sure do hope he comes to his senses soon.
