RIVERSIDE, Calif. — A California appeals court has ruled that a private Christian high school has the right to expel students because of an alleged lesbian relationship. The 4th District Court of Appeal in Riverside on Monday upheld California Lutheran High School's right as a private, religious organization to exclude students based on their sexual orientation. more

I used to teach in a small private academy. Every parent reads and signs these agreements. They know and understand that they can have the student/school relationship terminated at any breach of the agreement. This is the right of any private organization.
I don't know why people get all "huffy" about it....since this is a PRIVATE, not public, school!!!!
they make rules and they need to be followed.
