A sexy PETA commercial deemed "too hot for the Super Bowl" is has been banned by NBC, the network airing the game. The PETA Super Bowl ad shows a bevy of scantily clad models practically making love to vegetables. The PETA ad ends with the tag-line, "Studies show vegetarians have better sex."
PETA is firing back at NBC, saying its reason for banning the commercial (overt sexual content) is ridiculous. PETA is currently pitching other networks to run the ad. I must admit, the PETA ad is too racy for me to share here on Gather. If you’d like to check it out, you can find it on YouTube.
PETA has always subscribed to a "sex sells" philosophy. Who could forget those famous "I'd rather go naked than wear fur" ads? What do you think? Should the sexy PETA ads be allowed to air during the Super Bowl?

I can think of another word for it. And it has four letters...
I do think that PETA is a little too aggressive.
THANK YOU, NBC!
I would have chosen cucumbers or zucchini over asparagus and broccoli.
