Well, this week has not been a great one for me, as I was not as active as I was in weeks past. I caught the flu on Tuesday and was pretty much knocked out until Sunday. Sunday I did try to exercise, but it was really hard to breathe and I was sooooo tired. But last night I tried the Tae Bo tape, made it pretty far actually, so that was a good accomplishment. I bought myself some ankle weights today, and I've been wearing them for the past few hours. It really makes me want to move my legs, so that's a good thing. While I was making stir fry for dinner, I found myself doing leg lifts and squats, so it makes me more concious of moving!
And I lost 2 lbs this week! I started 2 weeks prior to joining this group, so that makes my total 8 lbs. I hope that everyone is losing, and feeling good about themselves.
