As hubby got under the house today to run a new water line, he discovered way more damage than we first thought. The center beam under the house is almost totally gone as are multiple joists. Another $1000 or so...As long as we keep going slowly, we may be able to continue doing this without a loan. Today we bought the basics to do the shower. I will be tiling it myself. DH decided that we will be tiling all the way to the ceiling throughout the bathroom....I asked him when "WE" decided this....we still have to decide on the style. I think we have found the floor color, but I want a different tile on the walls..more decisions....
How is your bathroom done? Is it tiled to the ceiling all the way around??What color are your walls??
I am sure it will look really good once we are done, but somedays I wonder if we will get there.

i have 2 bathrooms and neither are complete yet.
i do know my bathroom theme is the ocean, lighhouses, shells etc
the kids bathroom is kinda diffrent colors all bold :)
maybe one of these days i will finish it..
We don't have any tile in our bathroom, though we have a backsplash around the sink area. We have a shower stall and an old-fashioned claw tub.
