With the start of a new year, a new resolution to have a healthier lifestyle is my goal.  Boca products can help me with that goal by providing me healthy foods that are quick and easy to prepare.  I know that at this stage of my life (40's), I need more vegetables, less fat & sugar, and lean proteins.  Boca Products offer this, but yet still allow for quick meals.  Their ground "burger" crumbles are easy to substitute into casserole dishes that I am used to preparing. The burger and chick'n patties are great for sandwiches. And their frozen entree's are a great option for quick lunches.  It's a perfect fit for today's lifestyle of being on the go.

have any of you ever heard of Sparkpeople.com it is a free website and gievs you ideas about what to do how to lose weight and you even have the option to add things along with their calories and contents

I sometimes use Boca veggie burgers. Also Amy's makes soups that are organic, vegetarian, quick and easy.
