I've only used dried stevia
Why a poem? I am in the middle of a huge translation job. In order to do that, I need to shut down my own thinking and simply take in information, transform it and write it down. I really wanted to see if my own thoughts were still in working condition!
Enjoy these good muffins - you can add a little oil, maybe oil the muffin pans a little more generously...
Of course you could change lots about them...
I made them up tonight (wanting to be a little creative after another long day of work...) and wanted them to be simple and super healthy.
