WINONA, Minn. — Minnesota law requires all bathtubs have feet.

It is also illegal to sleep naked, tease a skunk or cross state lines with a duck on your head.
They may sound absurd, but these are actual laws on the books in Minnesota. Well, mostly.

Strange laws like these are widely circulated around the Internet, said Michelle Timmons, state revisor of statutes, and each must be taken with a grain of salt. Especially the duck one.

I am from Minnesota and this stuff makes the news each year when new laws take effect. The main reason they are still on the books is because it cost money to remove them.

Tammy, that is what I was thinking. Tease a skunk? not in this lifetime! I don't think I'll be carrying a duck on my head either. Now as to sleeping naked. Hey cop NOTB unless of course you are female cop. Maybe we could both break the law. LOL (not at my age)
