I just finished reading an article on Yahoo! It was talking about the achievements and views of Barack Obama in his first one hundred hours in charge.
Obviously, most of his achievements are related to economy and development of the government. It seems that he's going to be successful to develop US economy, and thus the world economy. But how about the political promises?
He's trying to achieve two very important things: Ending the Iraq war, and closing Guantanamo prison. These are very good and impressive goals, of course especially that the republicans aren't fiercely protesting against him, but only in a mute manner.
Well, you can read more about that in Yahoo or anywhere, but what do you think? Will he be able to achieve any of the two goals? Or will his achievements be restricted to economy?
I say, it's possible, but awfully hard.

I was very pleased that Obama's first public interview was with an Arabic network.
He presented a view that I have held for many years. I can only hope others can hear and set aside past wrongs to achieve future rights.
Lastly, the problems in America have been caused by Americans. I'm sorry to say that greed seems to be rampant -- the rich getting richer while normal working people suffer. I can only hope someone can return reason to our economic system. Personally, I think some of these people should be in jail.
