I'm looking for some help, as my balance is off a lot. Any suggestions for exercises that would help the most. My BMI is going up after exercising not down. I'm beginning to wonder how I ever learned to ride a bicycle.
I'm feeling more out of shape then I thought possible. The good news my stepping is improving and I am doing well at breathing. Any advice welcome. Working on losing 1 pound a week to help get to the right weight.
