For the past several days, my back has been killing me. I've been hardly able to do anything. Even sitting hurt! I finally got into the doctor last week.
He pushed around on my back, lifted my legs up into the air and helped me sit back up (since my back hurt so bad and after I laid down on the table, it was painful to get up).
He decided to give me a shot at the top of my keister and wrote me a prescription for steriods. Unfortunately I don't remember what the shot was because I also had the lingerings of a migrane and could barely think. With my back hurting, it threw my entire body out of wack.
The doctor said "How do you feel about shots?" Why do they do that? Does anyone go "Yippie! A shot! Bring it on, I LOVE them!." Most people don't generally care for shots do they? But do them because they need too. I am sure some people have a big fear and can't do them but still... maybe someday I will rave about how much I love shots and see what the reaction is.
So the nurse comes in to give it to me. I try not to look at the needle but I happen to look at my best friend's face (she had to drive me since I wasn't up to it) and her face was saying "Whoa!!!"
Apparently it was a really long needle but I am happy to say that it felt like a normal shot when she was doing it. Afterwards I was really sore but it helped! My back feels A LOT better.

Priscilla, I have to take them for 6 days. 6 pills the first day, 5 the second, 4 the 4th and so on. They made me sick the first day because they said if you got them late, to take them all at once. I took food with it but still was sick all night.
Feeling more normal today though! :)
