Diamonds are a girl's best friend
I never knew how true this was
Although I think the stone is pretty
They're not the diamonds I mean because
The diamonds are in my crown of worth
I think you know what I mean
The family that loves me
They make up my Diamond Dream
Each child I gave birth to
Has a sparkle of his own
My daughter shown so brightly
Now Heaven is her home
Then all my diamonds multiplied
They were generous with me
I have little diamonds everywhere
I believe there are twenty-three
My diamonds have diversified
You know they have married from other nations
I have Amerasian diamonds shining brightly
I could go to Taiwan on vacations
Of course the biggest diamond of them all
Was my dear departed Bill
He had such spark and made me laugh
My heart smiles from his love still
So twinkle twinkle little star
Shining so brightly in the sky
Your diamonds can't outdo mine
Look at the sparkles in my eye
This diamond on my finger that I wear lovingly
Has more meaning than the beauty that you see
My father gave it to my mother, a perfect diamond dream
Then when I was married, Mother gave Bill the ring for me.

You do have many diamonds in your crown.
Your heart is so pure, so full of love, you were put on this earth for a purpose, and that was to take care of all those around you.
