Yep. My husband thinks I'm crazy. Some of you might as well. I don't think I'm going overboard, but to me there seems to be a fine line between obsessed and careful. Are you curious yet?
I'm talking about measuring out portions, counting calories, and exercising. A lot of times, if it's possible, I'll measure out what I eat. This morning I did with my cereal, milk, and peanut butter. That way I know exactly what I'm getting. Sometimes I think we put more on than we actually realize. I just like to be aware. It's not like I never splurge. Last night, I got a coffee roll from Dunk Donuts. I had that as a snack, but I know exactly how many calories are in it (because I looked it up.)
At least my husband and I no longer argue about it. He's accepted it. Doing this along with good exercise has gotten me to the lowest weight I've ever been though, and I plan to stay that way.

everyone is different in their habits and no one can do the same things to break or control them.
so I don't think you're crazy at all sarah

Nah -- you're not crazy by my standards. Then again, my standards often leave something to be desired...
Then you're not really chasing windmills.
I do eat off of salad plates b/c they are better geared towards the amount of food I tend to eat. I recently read that everyone should do that - today's plates are way too big!
you are dedicated
It would be a different story for me NOW!!
