On the first official day of the Obama administration, right wing radio, as usual, is still filled with whining, hate and lies. Gather has not escaped this escalation in rhetoric: you'd think that Democrats had been in power for 20 of the last 28 years, instead of the Republicans. The mood was nasty during the election, and instead of sharing the hope and joy that have ushered in the new era, there are those who are trying to destroy the mandate of the people less than 24 hours in.
When is the right going to realize that their own failings as a party, the absymal record of the previous administration on matters both foreign and domestic, and their poor choice of candidates in the last election doomed their efforts?
When will they quit whining and pointing fingers?

That is extremely generous of you! One chance. And the very first mistake he makes, in your opinion, he's dead meat! Oh well, that is certainly more than many are giving him and probably more than many gave either Bush or Clinton, at that.
If you have such a low opinion of politicians, I understand. However, why do you even bother to get into the political realm if you feel that way. It was politicians who founded this country and produced our constitution. In my humble opinion there are and have been many truly honorable men trying to serve the people of this nation.
Read about senator Ross from Kansas some time and get the picture of a truly honorable politician.
we do agree that you have that right! Say what you wish to express, regardless whether it is stupid, brilliant, bigoted, inclusive, magnanimous or whatever. That right is a precious right and I'll certainly support your use of it!
Of course, that leaves me with the right to tell you that Obama is probably the most honest politician since Carter and we know he failed as president. But he was honest as a president can be. I hope that does not do Obama in! And you are radically wrong about the man. But I'll still defend your right to say what you wish..
I was voting for McCain because he wasn't Clinton or Obama. Lesser of three evils.
When Palin came on board I actually felt much better about voting for McCain.
Mooch... You voted for McCain because of Palin? Oh my god... Wow you do need help.
