How to Embarass Your 12 yr. old Daughter without even Trying....

This morning Mike and Pher left early for work and school. Well, Angela asked me if we could stop at Buger King for breakfast. That is something unusual for us, since Angela isn't much of a breakfast eater. I told her we'd leave early and stop.

We got to Burger King, and I turned in to the parking lot. Since I had no cash, I decided to go in. Angela looked mortified. Boy, did she want me to go through the drive thru. I couldn't figure out why at first....and Angela WOULD NOT go in either....once I got in and started ordering, I figured it out. I was still in my pajamas. Oops! I did have a coat on, so you really couldn't tell...I think. I waved at Angela while I was waiting for the food, and boy did she slink down in the seat. LOL.

Angela had her trumpet to bring to school today and had to be there early for reading, so that's why I was dropping her off. With the crutches, Angela can't carry her trumpet case. She saw a friend by the door, but Jesse went inside before Angela could get the  van door open. I offered to carry the trumpet case in for her, but Angela was VERY insistant that she'd figure out a way without me. Hmm...I'm not sure if I was suppose to feel hurt or not. Angela didn't want me out of the vehicle....apparently the big tigger that's on the pocket of my pj bottoms (on my tush) was the cause of her embarassment. I guess it's not cool for mom to wear pj bottoms to school and carry instruments in. Angela yelled for another friend to come over and help. I knew Natalia from Ang's 5th grade class, but that didn't stop Ang from practically killing herself on the crutches to get them both away from me. He,he,he.... I wonder what I can do tomorrow when I take her in.....hmmm....maybe bring my camera along....
