Weekend

Well, I was all set to have a wonderful 4 day weekend.  My grandaughter and her boyfriend were going  to drive here and visit with me.  I had such high hopes, planning what all I could do and get done with 4 days off.  So on Saturday morning at 1:00 am I got very sick.  I won't go into details but it was bad.  This went on for 2 days, my granddaughter and her boyfriend took good care of me, but I hardly remember the 2 days.  Today I am feeling better and I was supposed to go back to work tomorrow.  I am sure my grandaughter and her boyfriend wished they had not come to visit.  I just talked to my boss, so I will be taking tomorrow off.  Bless his heart.  Hope no one else has had this terrible stomach flu.  Take care, drink your orange juice or whatever will keep you well.

So far so good this year. I had it last year and thought I was going to end up in the hospital. It can be really bad. I hope you start feeling better soon.

I had the stomach flu about a month ago. It was awful. Take care of yourself and go easy. It took me several days after it ended to feel totally okay again.
