Since I WON'T go to Walmart, I guess it's not even in the running
Wal*Mart is not kind to their employees and has bowed to homophobic pressure and taken back its stance in support of LGBT rights. As such, I, as a consumer, exercise my choice (even though they're usually more affordable) to spend my monies, and the monies of my friends and clients, at places that don't cave in to such pressures. I've gotten my sister and a number of my friends to stop shopping at Wal*Mart.
And if you don't know what I'm talking about, try these articles (and it's not just LGBT employees that they treat unfairly, as the first two articles demonstrate):

http://www.bloggingstocks.com/2007/06/22/wal-mart-stops-donations-to-gay-and-lesbian-groups/
and for a little clarification on the disinformation set out there by "Christian" groups:

Wal Mart doesn't deserve to be around.
But I think my solution is good. :-)
Great post and comments!!
Target without a doubt!
