I Collect Angels

 I love angels. They are so beautiful. I have been collecting them for years. I don't have to do much to my living room when I decorate for Christmas, because my theme is angels. My daughter kind of my fun of me for it,so I started putting some away for next Christmas.I have them in my yard also. Each angel I have represents someone I know, bboth living and those I have lost. They are a great way for me to relax, as they are so peaceful.

Thats cool. Angels are pretty. I usually collect fantasy things like fairies, dragons, wizards and i do have angels as well.

My wife has a collection of little bells. I think that is why she took me, I'm a ding-a-ling.

Have you ever wondered or noticed. 99% of angels we buy and see are female? Mostly cute little girls. Yet every angel mentioned in the Bible is male.

I think collecting is so cool. I used to have a collection of bells, but when I left my ex, I left everything. I'd love to start a new collection, but my current husband isn't much into the nick-nack thing. :::sigh:::

That's wonderful Diane. My mom collected them before she passed away and now I have them. They were the centerpiece of her Christmas decorating. I just haven't had the gumption to get them out yet.

My gma collects them too. But she got rid of a lot. She has a lot of pin angels in the car for everyone we lost and now shes buyin me some so i have all our angels with me when i drive. = ]
