Nora, there are some beautiful meditations on YouTube just search for meditation. This particular video is posted on Nikolay Panchishin's site and a clearer version can be downloaded there but the site is not in English and the file is an "exe" so I wouldn't recommend downloading from that site. I find it easier to just view it on YouTube.
