Winter Macro Photos at Matoon

Some photos of winters toll.

The bud on a tree, I know it is hard to think of buds on trees in the dead of winter but here it is.

Dock seeds in the summer the green leaves of this plant calm the sting of the Stinging Nettle. I love the stems with seeds in dried arrangements.

These are kind of pretty. What is left of a flower still resembles a flower.

A very small pine cone.

I found this  dried plant against the fench interesting. love the texture.

Pretty sure this is Knapp Weed or what is left of it.

Nice collection of macros. A lot of people would walk on by and not see the beauty in the subjects unless someone like you takes a skillful macro and posts or displays it.
