Remember the birthday cake incident, when Shop-Rite refused to decorate a cake with Adolf Hitler's namesake, who was three years old, and Wal-mart did the cake instead?

Well, that must have gotten child welfare authorities attention because the children are now in state custody.  It's not said why the children were taken out of the home, but duh!

And, thanks Wal-mart for being so nice to the Nazi parents!

I wonder why they took them, surely it could not just be because of the name. But I guess a parent who would name their kid that would definately have some issues.

i hope the kids are okay. They are probably better off then they would be living with the wackos that decided to give them names that would get them beat up their whole lives

Very wrong if the state took the kids just because of the name.

Wow, I've heard about the incident in the store but hadn't heard about the state coming in. Although I think the names are horrendous I can't imagine taking them was based solely on that. There must have been something else. Those parents are crazy. Those poor kids are going to be ridiculed their entire lives because of them.

Names can be chaged. Those kids will probably grow up just fine.
Their parents are probably nazi (obviously) but that can not be justification to take them away. There must be other issues.
I remember hearing about that. I do wonder why they took the kids. It does make one wonder.

I remember the cake incident. I hadn't heard about the state coming in and taking custody of the kids. There must be more to the story than merely the names.

You know prejudice has many masks, this is a free country. I did not know parents had to get a name approved before giving it to a kid.
Never heard about this one, but who would name there kid such a name?......

The kid with a bad name still needs to have a Birthday cake just like any other kid. Why wouldn't walmart decorate the cake.. It is for a little kid. No matter what his stupid parents named him.

I'd heard about the cake incident. The parents seemed to think it was funny to give their kids those names. I highly doubt the kids were taken away just because of the names.

I agree with what Sharon SugarMomma said. The names were probably the tip of the iceberg.

I am quite certain that is not why they took the children away...You could call your first shit head one, your second shit head two, and they won't take your kids away...If the children were taken away, it in no means had anything to do with a name...Would I name my son Pontias Pilate? No, but, I certainly would think it would be my choice. Lot's of names I would not use such as Jesus....
