I love it and we eat that as opposed to McDonald's or something. The good thing about our small town. All the subs are still $5.00 for a footlong except the Philly Steak and Cheese and Big feast. Most went to the selection of 8 subs for $5.00 and ours didn't. My family of four can get 4 footlongsubs for less then 4 meals at McDonalds.
I like the ChickenBacon Ranch but as I am trying to cut down I get a turkey breast. They have two new breads. 9grain wheat and a 9 grain honey oat that are both very good.
I got the $5 foot long "Cold Cut 'Combo", and it was good I ate half of it for lunch, and half of it later. I get lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, olives. Salt and Pepper.
I've been trying to eat there more...low in weight watcher points! I get a turkey on wheat, with lettuce, tomato, green peppers, pickles and fat-free honey mustard...oh, also get swiss and have it toasted only 7 ww points
I like Subway but love quiznos. At Subway I get the cold cut trio with olives, extra cheese and tomatoes on half. I eat the tomatoe half first and then later eat the other half. I'm not really big on lettuce, lol.
my hubbys dieting so hes been getting a food long roasted chicken sub and he takes that to work for lunch and dinner.
My favorite is the tuna on the cheese bread with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, a few sweet peppers and no cheese. Goes great with a bag of Wise potato chips.
Yes I do... i earned a total of $50 worth of gift cards from Subway thru Coke Rewards... Whcih came in Handway last semester... only bad thing was I had to buy a friend their sandwich also... which meant when I left their I spent $10 not the $5 I was hoping for...

I use to eat there a lot when I was working. Now it's just when we have a gift card. The neighbor normally gives us a gift card if we watch their dogs when they go away.
I just went to Subway last Sunday and got their cream of broccoli soup and a vegetarian sandwich. It cost me less than $5 and had less than 600 calories even with mayonnaise and cheese on the sandwich. I don't go out to eat all that much, but Subway is one of my favorite places.
I like the Italian Sub on Asiago bread with lettuce, tomatoe, onion, bell pepper, olives, pickles, salt and pepper. No dressing or oil. I like Extra Virgin Olive oil, but their oil is a blend of oils and doesn't have the flavor I like, so I just eat it dry...which is really good.
Haven't eaten there in a long time, though, since we have a new sub shop here, Lenny's. I've been hitting that place pretty hard lately. lol
I haven't eaten at Subway in a while, but my son eats there about 5 days a week. I tease him that he should have lost 100 pounds like that guy on TV, if only he'd choose the right ones.
I go to SUBWAY probably once a week. I usually get the Veggie Delight on Italian Herb and Cheese bread with swiss cheese, extra lettuce, extra tomato, cucumber, green pepper, black olive, Oil & Vinegar. Love it!!
Good question! A year ago we ate out a lot more, but now we find manager specials in the meat department at the supermarket (roast beef, pork tenderloins, chcken breast) and cook it up for sandwiches.
I like to eat a subway. I get the oven roasted chicken breast on wheat with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, salt and pepper, and chipolte southwest. I don't get it very often, but i really enjoy their subs.
