Bernie Madoff Question

What does everyone think? 

Should Bernie Madoff be sitting in his Penthouse apt  or in a Jail Cell?

 

For me he should be in a Jail cell by sending all those assests to family in Florida so the people who he swindled could not get their hands on the prove over and over he is a full fledge crook and should be sitting in jail so he could do no more.

 

Anyway my 2 cents  what are yours

I just heard today that he even swindled his sister who is in her seventies; she's penniless thanks to him.
