Nearly one year ago, Kosovo was just beginning it's treacherous advance into the world of independent nations. Now, they are forging an alliance with Albania that will eliminate the needs for passports to travel between the two countries. These two states are also extending the possibility of free-movement to Montenegro and Macedonia.
While travel between Kosovo and Albania has been, up until now, hardly regarded as difficult, this agreement will eliminate a lot of bureaucratic red-tape. It could also serve as a large stepping stone to EU membership for any of the countries that agree to it. If there is already a zone of free trade and open borders in the Balkans, this will make those states more attractive to the EU. At least that's the idea. There are probably unforeseen pitfalls, but for the moment, it's being heralded as a success.
This comes as Albania plans to apply for EU membership during the Czech presidency. As long as the Albanians continue on the road toward reforms and clean elections, their application should be viewed very positively. The Czech presidency is an opportunity for many Balkan states to apply for membership. And they know it. Serbia plans to apply for candidacy in April. Macedonia is also attempting to gain entry despite the wishes of Greece and the expected applications of several other Balkan states.
However, the ability of Balkan states to maintain a level of governance acceptable to the EU has to survive the Gazprom-Ukraine crisis. It's hard to enact social reforms when you're in a state of emergency. It's difficult to focus on topics other than keeping your people alive and warm. They also have to weather the current global economic crisis. And for a region that depends a lot on foreign investment, the outlook there is less than shiny.

Shqiptaret ende nuk gezojne te drejten per te levizur ne vendet fqinje apo perendim dhe mund ta prekin ate vetem nga TV-ja, refuzimi nga personi qe tregoj realitetin dhe situaten ne BE, ministeri i jashtem Cek, qe sme kujtohet emri i tij, i cili deklaroj jo, ju skeni shanse per te levizur ne perendim te pakten tani afer, kjo nje jave pas deklarates se Fratinit ne Tirane ku brenda 6 muajve muret do shembeshin.Bashkimi politik i BE-se eshte ende shume larg… duke u nisur nga kjo qe ndodhi ne Tirane.
Po flasim per dicka qe duhet te kishte ndodhur qe me pare, eshte nje budallik qe nje vendi ne mes te evropes ti ndalosh levizjen per ne Evrope, shqiptaret do sdo levizin ne evrope por te pakten qe ketu e tutje duhet te levizin si njerez!
Ne kemi 700-800.000 veta ne IT-GR, keta kane vajtur atje pa viza, le te behemi realist kushdo shqiptar qe donte te shkonte jashte duke dhene leke apo nga mali etj mund te kalonte, kusdo do te iki ne perendim e bene, fatkeqesisht(per ata) apo fatmiresisht(per ne) gjeografikisht jemi pjese e evropes dhe jo nje ishull, te pakten kalimi te behet i rregullt dhe pa viktima, me mijera te vdekur nga 1990-ta per te kaluar kufirin.
Eshte nje e drejte e mohuar qysh prej viteve 90 mendoj, qe atehere duhet te ishte siguruar kufiri dhe ne te kalonim lirshem ne evrope, nuk arsye ndryshe, mbyllja e kufjive ishte nje problem i krijuar vetem nga ana e evropianeve per shkak te ksenofobise dhe sjelljes amatore te institucioneve te tyre.
Eshte turp qe ballkani perendimor duhet te kaloj ne shtetet perreth akoma me leter-pranime(VIZA-KALIMI)Kjo nuk behet as ne kohe lufte jo me ne evropen e qyteteruar te 2008, BE-ja nuk eshte koherente!
Leja e qendrimit te kujton hebrejnt ne Gjermanin e Hitlerit, ndersa BE-ja sot kush e di se si do te quhet per ballkanasit e se ardhmes, ata qe sic thote edhe profesor Sulstaroves, do te marrin nje taksi per ne Rinas dhe qe atje ne Rome, ku nje polic Italian do I buzeqeshi dhe sa per procedur do I kerkoj te shikoj pashaporten duke I thene ne fund, welcome to Rome and enjoy your stay! qe ministri i jashtem Cek(mbase jo per faj te tij) na tha se do jete ende shume larg kjo dite, ku ballkanasit e ardhshem edhe pse skane asnje lidhje kulturore me Irlandezin apo Islandezin do te ndihen te barabarte dhe te lire, ne nje Europe ku askush nuk te pyet se nga je por kush je!
Kete Europe cdo banore I saj do ta deshironte dhe asnje referendum nuk mund ta rrezonte!Eshte obligimi jone qe te largojme erresiren nga politikat e BE-se, eshte obligimi jone qe te dalim kunder ketyre “neo-nazisteve” qe krijojne dhe thellojne ndarjet ekzistuese, jo kjo nuk eshte Europe dhe skemi pse te kerkojme te bejme pjese ne te.
Pastaj ne shqiptaret qe shkojme per vizite ne vendet fqinje atje shpenzojme dhe para, as parate nuk na duan?
Problemi eshte vetem i tyre, justifikimete tipit te kontrollit dhe sigurise se kufijve apo dokumenta me element sigurie jane vetem pretekste te ksenofobise ne mase qe kane institucionet e BE-se.Institucionet jorealiste te BE-se(qe duan te behen edhe si amerika,ahaha) jane aq jorealiste sa qe krijohen raste te tilla si I Butrintit, ku ne 2008 per te levizur nga nje vend ne nje tjeter ke nevoje te kalosh fshehuraz me varka, cmenduri!
BE-ja nuk di se cfare eshte dhe se cfare do ajo, si pasoj mbahet peng e drejta e miliona individeve dhe njerezve qe skane asnje te mete apo faj.Plebishiti ne Irlande e tregoj kete, nqs vazhdohet kshu edhe plebishitet do spostohen ne ballkan, shqiperia nuk eshte ajo e 1991-shit.
