I don't have any grandkids, but am the proud grandma of Gambler and Vegas. Gambler is my grandcat and Vegas is my granddogger. I've posted pics of Vegas and now I finally sneaked up on Gambler at a time when he wasn't running through the house like a maniac. He's scared of my froggy socks. (the ones with a froggy head on the toes) I walk towards him and he gets the wtf look on his face and runs like the dickens. When people come over he hides. He either goes to the basement or hides under a bed. He only becomes a people cat when he so chooses. If you grab him and rub under his neck, ears, or tummy he will pretend to like it for a bit, but he is really just tolerating you and planning his escape route. He won't attack you, but he will scramble to get down and away from humans. He seems to like his human owners and is getting cozier with me, but he's still very much an unpredictable cat.
Heather loves Las Vegas and that is why she named her "kids" Vegas and Gambler. I wonder what she will name her human kids. :-)
Gambler's eyes are glowing green, but I think it adds something to the picture. I did not photoshop this pic. This is just how it turned out and I think it's cool looking.
