I've been on a diet for a little over a week. I just cut down my portions and added much more vegetables and a salad to each meal. I am exercising to Denise Austin's 12 minute workouts, 2 a day. The scale only registered a 3lb difference. However, I FEEL a difference, so that is good. But to give my self a "jump start" I am doing a no carb diet for the next week. I love carbs!!!! This might not be the best week to start this, as my birthday is this week and I know that I am already going out to dinner on Tuesday and Saturday, but....what the hey? Need to get some more pounds off.
