Utah's Attorney General Calls Out the...

After the Utes were snubbed from another shot at the BCS National Championship, Utah AG reported that he is investigating the BCS for possible violation of federal anti-trust laws.

Shedding light on the fact that the BCS is a business, and not about tradition the AG noted, 'this is a business where the BCS schools get richer, and non-BCS gets poorer."

IF the utes wanted to contend for the BCS they should have played i BCS team from each conference, then see if they could go 13-0.

sense when did the mountain west & Western athletic conference become members of the BCS I am from a WAC school and we are not members of THE BCS nor is the mountain west... someone need to give this writer a wake up call

Well, normally we would agree that Utah needs a tougher schedule, but this year they played and beat Michigan (granted not at the pinnacle of their program history, but this schedule was made years ago when MI was in the top 10), Oregon State (beat the almighty USC), TCU (Somehow ended up ranked higher than OSU in final rankings), and BYU (Granted not a powerhouse but a good team regardless).

As for the conferences, the WAC and Mountain West are in the BCS. They just don't receive an automatic bid. Go to BCSfootball.org for a list of conferences.

that is just for show you ask any person or fans of these school that get ignored are they part of the BCS 99% will say no. .... I do like your site www.RUSEmag.com ..

Thanks! Agree, most wouldn't know about if they are in the BCS or not based soley on the fact that if your team gets snubbed, why would you pay attention.
