Update as this moment about brianne

Now that I am calm, I can try to answer some questions. 

1) I had to email the teacher, because the school phones were down, so i decided to wait to talk to the teacher

 

2) I will attach the email that I got from the teacher on the next post.

3) Brianne is down to a small red spot, but there is a pretty purple bruise under it.  She is not swelled up any more.

 

I am very confused about what happen.  All I know is the Bus driver said she had a accident, and she got "HIT in the Head"  No one said anything about the eye.  What ever happen to my little girl, she got HIT AND HIT HARD.  I have a feeling this was no accident.  Right now I am not sure if I should call the bus driver or not. I like the bus driver, the Teacher is another story.. I will post about her after I post the message I got back from her.  I know a few friends of mine like this teacher, but I am beginning to not be able to stand her.

 

 

Here is the link to the email I got from the teacher, according to the teacher she has no idea how it happen, the bus driver said there was an accident she got hit in the head, No body as this moment has told me why she has a black eye.

my daughter can not tell me what happen, she has a delay.. The only way she can really tell me something is wrong is by crying.. although she is getting better she is not there yet.

You need to go to the school and ask questions of someone in authority. If you only get the run around then contact what ever agency is incharge of the school.

Since your daughter does have a delay, you have to be an especially vocal advocate for her. I hope that you took photos of her injuries. You should also have her seen by a doctor.

If any other "accidents" happen, be certain to call the police.

It all does sound strange. It could have been an accident, or it could have been something intentional. Either way, I would probably go and talk directly to the bus driver in person and find out what happened. Then I would make it clear to him that my daughter needs to be watched on that bus, in case their are further things to happen.

The bus driver should have more information Anne. I am so sorry you have to go through so much work to find out what happened to your little one. It makes it even worse when she can't just tell you. Poor little thing. Keep at it and hopefully soon you will have the answer. I would document everything though.
