Here is a weight loss prayer. I do not knwo who wrote it. But I wanted to share with you. I have prayed that you loose weight and continue to loose weight at the same time keeping your strength up. As well as gaining energy. I know weight loss is hard but possible.

Dear Lord,
Thank you, Lord, for teaching me discipline.
Thank you, Lord, that I am now free to be in charge of what I put in my body.
I choose to receive from You the strength I need to be faithful to my commitment to You.
Your strength fills me.
You show me that I can be responsible for what I choose to eat.
I thank you, Lord, that I am victorious in You.
I will read the Word in the strength of the Holy Spirit.
I will keep being aware of the contents of the food I eat.
I will not be a slave to food any longer.
I am victorious because You are victorious!
In Jesus' name.
Amen.

I saw the photos in you photos section. I think it's pretty cool. I think it would inspire me, too. If I saw what I could look like now being thin, instead of looking a younger photos, which I know I will never be able to look like again...you know with the younger face, etc.

A new docudrama is looking for a family that struggles with obesity day in and out. Not every family member has to be obese—but diet/weight/health issues present ongoing challenges and conflict day in and out for the family as a whole. If there are friends, neighbors and extended family nearby who are also dealing with obesity, so much the better. We are looking for a family that is not afraid to show the dark side of being overweight, and is ready to take on the weight battle together. There must be a mom in the family.
