Anyone else having issues with Spotwinner?

I tried to go view all my ads today and play the games. The widget was acting weird - there were two ads it wouldn't play. So, I logged in to view them. The stars were there as if there were ads, but no ads displayed and I couldn't click on anything.

Then I went to play the games. None of the games loaded properly either. I finally gave up.

Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing technical difficulties...
