I would love some recipe suggestions for boneless pork chops. Tonight at work, I am supposed to prepare boneless pork chops...and since I don't make pork chops very often at my house, I'm wondering what would be the best and easiest way to prepare them. I am making them for teenage girls who won't like a lot of sauce or veggies mixed in.
Does anyone have a good basic recipe? I would love one that I could make in the oven, but don't want them to turn out too dry. Any suggestions? Thank you!

4-6 boneless pork loin chops
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 soup can water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place chops in baking dish. In bowl, combine soups with water. Pour mixture over chops. Cover with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes, depending on thickness of chops.
