Hello Bzz Agents! It's been awhile...

i love being a bzzagent, but i don't think i'd make a good moderator for the group

I like the group but would be a slacker as a moderator.

Well at least you guys are upfront! I am spending what will probably turn out to be couple of hours deleting all the non-applicable content!

I have not found Bzzagent to be that wonderful...I heard it used to be better..

When I first joined I got really great, new, and interesting products (the Automatic Shower Cleaner for one, some really awesome coffee - which I ended up buying on a regular basis - can't recall the name right now). I did put in a lot of effort doing BzzReports also and enjoyed it. Again, I haven't been very active recently, but when I do login to the site it seems it's definitely spread out more, and the campaigns I might want to join cost money, which is just not worth it to me. I realize we're not getting paid and I am sure there are a lot more people now than in the beginning, but if someone wants you try out and evaluate their product, and possibly encourage people to buy it, the least they can do is give it to you.

That might be materialistic - but it's the same reason I never buy logo shirts - I'm not paying a major corporation just for the privilege of promoting their company/product.

I agree with Katrina about having to pay to join a campaign. I have had to turn down a couple, and one of them I would have loved to take part, simply because it was going to cost money. If it had been a couple of dollars, I might have considered it. But this one was A LOT of money, at least for me. Seems like it was more than $50. I don't know if turning down those campaigns cost me chances to join other campaigns, but I sure haven't been offered very many over the two years I've been an agent. I expected much more when I joined. My daughter-in-law is offered campaigns regularly, but that sure hasn't happened to me!
