On December 20th I played a set @ for about 200 of the most "pierced" punks and punkettes I've ever seen assembled in one place. Vaudie Va Voom of the dance troupe the "Can-Cannibals" finally posted 250+ photos from this event. To view ALL the photos go HERE .
I have uploaded several of my favorites.    The entertainment ran the gamut from me doing blues and reefer songs to "The Can-Cannibals" dance troupe to Belly Dancers to schtick by "Victoria and the Vaudevilians" to Sword Dancing to Stripper Chi Chis del Fuego taking it all off to a very LOUD Punk rock band called "Farticus" to Clowns playing the Musical Saw to the blasphemous Tony Paranoia 666 beheading, crucifying and disemboweling poor Saint Nick to some of THE most AWESOME "Fire Dancing" (including a 'flaming bullwhip') that I have ever witnessed. Prepare yourself for a glimpse of ghoulish gayety and raucus revelrie the likes of which seldom occurs in the lives of most of us.
Here we go 'ready or not'---
Let's start with this cat whose braided beard has skull beads.
Next is Victoria of "Victoria and the Vaudevillians.

Thanks for sharing...
This looks like a lot of fun.
Have you ever seen any Survival Research Labs shows? They're from the Bay area and have been around for 30 years. They do industrial performance art shows with large machines and robots and flames and stuff. More here and here.
I see a good time was had by all. Well, I guess it wasn't meant for me to attend. I was stubborn. My friend tried to tell me where to go, but I told him,
"No, I got this!"
So, we ended up going through the tube to Alameda, and all through Chinatown, although something just TOLD me to take Broadway. Oh well. At least, I caught up with you the other night. I think the show was a lot tamer, although my vehicle nearly got locked up in a parking lot. LOL.
It's a good thing I left when I did.
Still, it seems a good time was had by all at both events.
Hey, you never answered my question, but I'll come back at you later on for that.
Nippy- I'm booked for the First Friday Follies in February chez Stork Club. Come by and join me for a few tunes. I'd love to see you pal.
Nalita- I thought it was only us men who won't look at maps. ;o)
Perhaps if I knew exactly what your question was I could answer it.
If it was about your former fiance, no, we've never crossed paths.
Sounds way cool though.
but ain't it cool!?!?!?
one reason I still want to make the Burning Man festival.
I don't "do" deserts very well.
Maybe I can attend with someone who has an "air-conditioned" RV someday.
punk rules!
"Jesus Died for your sins.... now he's coming back for your BRAAAAIIIIINNNSSSS!!!!"
And for some reason the above comment is extremely perplexing. Perhaps because I don't understand what it could possibly refer to?
Please advise.
