Let's talk about some trivial nothings. First, unusual deaths:
Attila the Hun
453 AD --- bled to death from a nosebleed on his wedding night.
Sir Francis Bacon
1626 --- pneumonia. He was experimenting with freezing a chicken by stuffing it with snow.
Catherine the Great - Empress of Russia
1796 --- a stroke, while going to the bathroom.
Now, if you're still alive, you must be having a good day. Let's move on to superstitions:
Acorn - An acorn should be carried to bring good luck and ensure long life.
Door - It's bad luck to leave through a different door than you came in. (I never knew this one. It explains so much.)
Lizard - To dream of a lizard is a sign that you have a secret enemy. (I don't dream of lizards. Good thing I guess.)
Hope this brought a little cheer to your day.

Thanks for sharing
"Those who live by the sword, die by the sword" apparently didn't apply to Attila, lol! (though maybe they just SAID it was nosebleed.....it could have been poison....)
never dreamed of lizards... :)
I think that door thing might explain my life!!!! Kidding.
Cool post.
