This mother of Telllynn O'Cull had to be a pretty bad mother to allow this to go on unpunished or was part of the child abuse, in any case she should be found just as guilty.
Their are to many cases where the mother has allowed boy friends to abuse and even kill their children out of abuse and then walk free.
